This site is for you to submit a funding request for US Educational Grants and for Europe and Rest of World (EU/RoW). Subsequent pages will guide you through the process of determining your request type and the required documents for each request.

The Jazz Pharmaceuticals (JAZZ) Grant Management System requires that all grant requests should be received by JAZZ in complete form at least 68 days prior to the commencement of the educational activity for consideration.

*Executive Summary Slide Requirements - Please provide up to 3 slides (ppt or pptx format) capturing the following details: title, total budget, amount requested, activity overview (including start and end dates), learning objectives, unique and engaging components (e.g., gamification, patient simulation, etc.), geographic scope, content translations (e.g., Spanish, French, etc.), primary audience, anticipated number of learners, audience generation and activity distribution plan, strategic partner(s), activity certification (if applicable), and any additional details to support the review of your request.
